Cyber Monday is November 27th this year and most brands have obviously planned out their visual content strategies already, but at ShareIQ we’re seeing a few tactics employed by the savviest marketers to ensure the season goes from good to great. I want to share the top three with you:
- When you’re posting your brand’s visual content across social media platforms, make sure you’re adding the product details that turn people into buyers. Optimize the descriptions of content, the URLs and domains that the images link to and the metadata on the pages they link to.
- When it comes to authenticity, people tend to rate consumer-generated content a little higher than brand-generated content, so ensure that your social media strategy includes sharing and reposting (with permission) the content that drives the most engagement. You can use an app called Repost to share the best user generated content (UGC) around your brand.
- Pay attention to your brand’s influencers over the next month, and if you see any posts from them that really perform well, you’ve got to incorporate those visuals into your paid campaigns as quickly as you can.
